IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL SIGMA CUSTOMERS:
LEGACY VERSIONS OF SIGMA MUST BE UPGRADED BEFORE APRIL 22, 2027
REDCOM wants to inform all Sigma, Sigma XRI, and Sigma SVG customers that starting April 22, 2027, legacy versions of Sigma software will no longer be able to validate feature licenses. This means your Sigma system will lose functionality if your software isn’t updated to a modern release.
The fix to this issue is included in Sigma version 4.0.7 (releasing Feb 2025), and versions 4.2.1 (released Dec 2024) and above. Current versions of Sigma also include new features and critical security updates to keep your system operating at peak efficiency.
With a notice of more than two years, this bulletin should provide Sigma customers ample time to enact an upgrade plan to a modern Sigma release.
