Steve White has been at REDCOM since April 2019. He is a Solutions Architect, where he is a subject matter expert in the telecommunications space and on REDCOM’s C2 solutions, enabling our customers to stay connected. Previously White was a Customer Engineering and Support Tech for REDCOM, where he does site surveys and product installs; he supports and troubleshoots customer issues and designs solutions for customers. Before coming to REDCOM, Steve worked at Allworx for eleven years in various roles, including customer support, team leader, and interoperability test engineer. Steve has a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Oswego.
With years of experience in the industry and in customer support roles, Steve is well-equipped for his job here at REDCOM. He is a hard worker and a team player who is willing to put in the work necessary to solve any problem that comes his way. Steve enjoys working at REDCOM where he feels like he’s part of a great team and supportive environment. In his free time, Steve enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and backpacking.
