Mike Crissey is a Solutions Engineer for REDCOM, where he is a subject matter expert in the telecommunications space and on REDCOM’s C2 solutions, enabling our customers to stay connected. Previously, Crissey was a Customer Engineering and Support Tech at REDCOM. He has been with the company since 1986 and has held a wide variety of positions including Board Testing, managing the Warranty Department, System Test, Validation Lab, and Sales Operations, where Mike worked with customers to design custom systems to fit their needs. In his current role, Mike supports customers in all current and new REDCOM product lines, helping with system integration and troubleshooting.
Throughout his time at REDCOM, Mike has been able to work on many high-profile projects such as the Internal Communications for the United States Navy’s Virginia Class Submarines, large scale conference bridges for the highest level of government, and updating private networks for large nationwide corporations. With his over 33 years of experience, Mike is great at what he does and is highly knowledgeable about helping REDCOM customers.
A military veteran, Mike Crissey served in the United States Navy from 1978 to 1982, where he was part of the task force off the coast of Iran in 1980. This experience in the service benefits Mike in aiding our government customers. Mike enjoys working at REDCOM, where he’s felt like an important part of the team since the day he walked in the door. In his free time, Mike enjoys playing golf, hiking, and exploring with his wife, going on long drives and road trips across the country.
