A Legacy of Innovation – REDCOM’s Culture & Mission
Who we are.
REDCOM is a woman-owned small business in Victor, NY with a 40+ year history. We’re a hardware and software company that specializes in developing specialty communications solutions for government and military applications.
What we do.
REDCOM provides custom communications solutions to a customer base that includes all branches of the U.S. military, government agencies, integrators, public safety organizations, and service providers. Our trusted and proven products are designed and backed by our relentless drive for quality, innovation, and world-class support.
We’re a family business.
REDCOM began over 40 years ago as a family business, and our entrepreneurial roots continue to drive us today. We’re a growing company with all of our design, engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams together at our corporate headquarters in upstate NY.
You’re empowered to work autonomously.
We trust our people to do great things. At REDCOM, you have ownership over projects that directly impact not only our business but also high-profile customers conducting the most important conversations in the world.
Great ideas can come from anyone.
We believe each person at REDCOM plays an important part in making the company a success. If you have a great idea, you have the power to take the initiative and create real change within our company and our products.
Work-life balance is important — we get it.
We’ve worked hard to foster a welcoming, family-oriented community here at REDCOM, but our team members have families, hobbies, and lives outside of work. We believe you can’t bring your best self to REDCOM without taking time for yourself. That’s why we proudly provide all employees with three paid weeks of vacation per year, coupled with 7 days of PTO and 10 paid holidays.
