Trish Dow is the VP of Operations for REDCOM Laboratories, where she oversees the IT and Project Management groups, Customer Support, and Sales Operations. With over 20 years in the telecommunications industry and wide variety of roles in both operations and customer service, Trish is well-equipped to ensure day-to-day functions run as smoothly as possible. Team-oriented and customer-driven, Trish knows what needs to be done to solve customer issues quickly while keeping her teams on-track and informed. She is a valuable asset in driving organizational change, implementing best practices, and cultivating productive and empowering work environments.
Before coming to REDCOM, Trish received her bachelor’s degree in Biology and English from Western Connecticut State University and later her MBA from the University of Rochester with a concentration in Competitive and Organizational Strategy. She started her career at PAETEC and held leadership roles across Customer Care, Repair, Service Delivery, and Account Development. Windstream acquired PAETEC in 2011 where Trish held additional roles leading the Project Coordination and Order Processing & Billing organizations which required a keen focus on process improvement, customer experience, employee engagement, and system integrations. Trish was also a member of the Rochester Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 class of 2010.
Trish is excited to be working at REDCOM during such an exciting time of growth and hopes to play a part in building and contributing to the next generation of success at REDCOM. In her spare time, Trish enjoys being with her family, watching the Mets, spending time outdoors, and traveling. When she isn’t at the office or with her family, Trish volunteers for Penfield HOPE where she serves residents in her community with emergency needs such as food, financial assistance, and support.
