Our product R&D is done in-house at our Victor, NY headquarters as well. We don’t outsource our core development, which gives us greater control over our supply chain and product reliability, which ultimately allows us to respond much quicker to customer demands.
On-site manufacturing in the U.S.A.
REDCOM Manufacturing is located in the same building as our main offices, giving us complete control over sourcing, production, and quality control. Our on-site manufacturing facility handles all of the PCB assembly, system-level assembly, testing, warranty work, packaging, and shipping for REDCOM hardware products. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D:2016 (for aviation, space, & defense).
