Todd Kimball is Regional Account Manager for REDCOM Laboratories, Inc. Todd has been working at REDCOM since 1988, starting off as a Test Engineer where he worked to test new software capabilities on REDCOM switching platforms. He later worked in the software integration lab, and in customer support, where he performed on-site installations of REDCOM gear and delivered tech support and training for customers.
Todd is responsible for new business evolution as well as support and development of long-term existing accounts in Western United States, Alaska, and the Pacific. With his extensive experience in both technical engineering and customer support, Todd is well-equipped in his role supporting customers that already have REDCOM equipment, keeping them up to date with new products.
In 2011, Todd was awarded an Associate Member of the Year Award by the Alaska Telephone Association. Placing great importance on the support of — and dedication to — long-term customer relationships, Todd has created trust with his customers because of his extensive product-line knowledge, as well as the longevity of his career here at REDCOM. Outside of his work at REDCOM Todd loves Alpine skiing and snowboarding, and is a life-long ski instructor. He also enjoys woodworking, photography and mountain biking.
